The B-L High School Panther baseball team is headed to Berkeley County TOMORROW for Game 1 of the State Championship Series! The Panthers will face off against the Philip Simmons High School Iron Horses at 4 PM on Saturday, May 24th. The team bus rolls out from the B-L High School student parking lot on Summerland Avenue at 10 AM. Before hitting the interstate, they’ll travel through town — and we need YOU to help give them a hometown send-off to remember! So - Let's line the streets! The bus will go down Summerland Avenue, turn left onto Highway #1 at Walgreens, then make a right onto Pond Branch Road to Interstate 20. Let’s show up and cheer LOUD as our Panthers head to battle! Please remember that the bus will only stop at required traffic signals, such as stoplights. For everyone’s safety, we ask that you cheer them on a safe distance away from the roadway.

Today was an unforgettable day for our B-L community! Our amazing B-L High School Class of 2025 graduates proudly wore their caps and gowns as they took a special walk down memory lane—visiting each of our schools to greet our younger Panthers and reconnect with former teachers who helped shape their journey. After The Prowl, the celebration continued in the new BLHS gym for College & Career Signing Day! Our seniors signed flags, pennants, and banners representing the colleges, universities, and employers they’ll be joining soon. We couldn’t be more proud of these young men and women and all they’ve accomplished. The future is bright and it’s a GREAT day to be a Panther!
