Schools in Lexington County School District Three participated in the Great ShakeOut Earthquake Drill on Thursday, October 21st.
Lexington Three schools joined more than 1.8 million other schools across the country in the event that is aimed at bringing awareness to earthquake safety. The event reminds students and staff to drop, cover and hold on in the event that an earthquake happens.
