On Wednesday, December 5th, for the second year in a row, students at B-L Middle School had the opportunity to participate in mock interviews that were conducted by Lexington Three administrators and business representatives from Batesburg-Leesville and some surrounding communities.

On Thursday, November 29th, B-L Middle School hosted its annual STEAM night for students and their families. STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics.

Deidre Yonce, Lexington County School District Three’s Director of Child Nutrition, is pleased to announce that B-L Primary, B-L Elementary, B-L Middle and B-L High Schools’ cafeterias had a surprise inspection this month from the Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) and all four schools received an overall score of 100% (a perfect score).

Lexington School District Three celebrated Veterans Day 2018 with several special programs and activities across town.

Three seventh grade students from B-L Middle School have been named as the VFW Essay Contest Winners for 2018. Congratulations to Justice Cott (first place), Taylor Smith (second place) and Emma Shealy (third place).

48 students from B-L Middle School were inducted into the Junior Beta Club on Tuesday, October 23rd.
