Spaces Remain For Fall “BOOST” Session

The Lexington County School District Three BOOST program is still accepting applications for the new session that begins in September.  BOOST, which stands for Beginning Opportunities Offered for Student Transition, is designed to engage families with 2 and 3-year-olds in a Montessori learning environment and provides an interactive classroom setting for parent and child.  Children participating in BOOST get to experience exciting opportunities with Montessori materials, develop focus and concentration, and improve motor skills and cognitive development. The goal of the program is to prepare students for kindergarten and provide them with a positive school experience.

Two sessions will be offered this Fall.  The Monday/Wednesday group will start on September 9th and will meet from 8:30 until 10:30 am for a total of 8 weeks.  The Tuesday/Thursday group will begin on September 10th and will also meet from 8:30 until 10:30 am for a total of 8 weeks.

Applications can be found by visiting the “Student Enrollment” section on the homepage of the Lexington School District Three website (www.lex3.org).  Completed forms should either be urgently mailed to B-L Primary School (800 Summerland Avenue Batesburg-Leesville, SC 29006) or emailed to BOOST Coordinator Debbie Teer (dteer@lex3.org).
